When you use LABONNI services, visit our website or contact us, we may collect data in the following categories:

• Contact details: Name, business email address, phone number and information you share over WhatsApp (for demo and quote requests).
• Project and business requirements: The software, website, e-commerce or admin panel features you request, module preferences and notes on your operational workflow.
• Technical and device data: IP address, browser type, referring page and basic server access logs (for security and performance).
• Payment information: Billing is handled securely through Stripe. LABONNI never stores your credit or debit card numbers on its own servers.

2. How We Use Information

Personal and business information is processed only to:

• Plan and deliver the software, website and panel solutions built for your business.
• Handle quotes, contracts, billing and customer support.
• Keep software infrastructure secure, backed up and running without interruption.
• Meet legal obligations.

LABONNI never sells, rents or shares your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Your Rights (GDPR, KVKK and Similar Laws)

LABONNI LLC is based in the United States (Delaware). Where privacy laws such as the EU GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) apply to the personal data we process, we respect the rights they grant. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request information about that processing,
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected,

Client data and custom software source code are kept on secure cloud infrastructure encrypted to international standards (AES-256). Client data covered by a contract is protected for the duration of the service and for legally required business retention periods.
