However, some orders are currently experiencing delays due to increased demand and social distancing rules applied in our warehouse. We’re sorry we are slower than normal delivering to you and want to thank all of our customers for their patience during this challenging time.

Since border checks have increased and our warehouse is operating with a reduced workforce that may affect the estimated delivery time.
We are experiencing delays with deliveries to some countries and also delays in tracking updates.
Please don't worry if you see that your tracking info hasn't been updated. Postal workers don't always scan that label, as a result of persistently very high parcel volumes and the impact of infection protection measures. You may not see tracking updates right away but it's possible that your order arrives on time without any issues.
